1. Why No Returns?

To ensure every Sakhi receives a brand-new, untouched piece of jewellery.

By avoiding the high costs of return shipping and processing, we are able to keep our prices low and accessible for everyone.

2. Final Sale

All purchases are final. We encourage you to read the product descriptions and material details carefully before making a purchase.

3. Handmade Nature

Please note that since our jewellery is handmade, slight variations in color or design may occur. These are not defects but a mark of authentic craftsmanship. Each piece is unique, just like you.

4. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Since each item is made especially for you, once we begin the handmade preparation and packing, we cannot accept cancellations.
